APPOINTMENTS

Please read the following instructions and ensure you have completed all the steps BEFORE BOOKING your appointment.  If you do not receive an email confirming your appointment, this means your booking has not been completed.

​All appointments may be booked online or by calling or texting Donna at 705-623-2383.

If you do not see an available time that works for you, please contact me to discuss availability. 

INITIAL ASSESSMENT
Your initial assessment will be 75 minutes long and will consist of both an assessment and treatment.  All first time visits must start with an initial assessment.

RESCHEDULING  

If you would like to reschedule an appointment, you can do this by calling 705-623-2383 or through Jane App, as long as it is 24 hours before your appointment. 

CANCELLATION 

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day. Therefore, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment regardless of the reason. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged  a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost.
