Please read the following instructions and ensure you have completed all the steps BEFORE BOOKING your appointment.  If you do not receive an email confirming your appointment, this means your booking has not been completed.

If you do not see an available time that works for you or you, please call or email me to discuss availability. 


The focus of all treatments is always on the patient, not the disease/cause/symptom that has brought you to our clinic. Our goal here at is to work with you to develop a treatment strategy that is personalized to you and your desired results.  Treatment times and frequency will be dependent upon your needs. 


Your initial assessment will be 75 minutes long and consist of both an assessment and treatment.  All treatments must start with an initial assessment.


For a proper tongue diagnosis:

    • Avoid brushing your tongue before treatment

    • Try not to consume beverages that may stain your tongue, such as coffee and candies

  • Do not eat large meals just before or after your visit, however, a small snack is recommend

  • Treatment sessions are minimally 30 minutes in length so please use the bathroom prior

  • Do not consume alcoholic beverages before or after treatment

  • Slowly get up from the table as you could feel slightly light-headed and/or dizzy

  • DRINK PLENTY WARM to HOT WATER to help eliminate toxins out of the body

  • Avoid using Ice and Cold packs as they will slow the progress made during the treatment

  • We recommend that you try to relax after so you can feel the whole benefit of each treatment

  • Pay attention to your Emotions – some people can feel a bit more emotional or more sensitive after so be kind to yourself and allow any emotions to come up so it can then be released

  • Between visits, take note of any changes that may have occurred, so you can report back to your acupuncturist at your next appointment


If you would like to reschedule an appointment, you can do this by calling 705-623-2383 or through Jane App, as long as it is 48 hours before your appointment. 


Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day. Therefore, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee (50% of the treatment fee).  Notice less than 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of 100%of the treatment cost.



If you would like to be put on a cancellation list for a particular day and time, please call and we will be sure to call you if an appointment time becomes available.

We accept debit, e-transfer, cash or credit card payments after your treatment.
